Returns :

    • We accept returns for bridal gowns with online shopping option.
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the gown.

    • Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. In-store shoping dresses:

    • For bridal gowns purchased in our physical store, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    • Customers have the option to try on the gown to ensure it meets their expectations before placing a full order.

Exchanges Online Shoping:

  • We offer exchanges for all online bridal gowns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that return shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please contact our customer service for information regarding the timeline of your new dress.

Exchanges In-Store Shoping:

  • For bridal gowns purchased in our physical store, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Customers have the option to try on the gown to ensure it meets their expectations before placing a full order.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  1. Tags and Colored Line :
    • Each gown comes with a “DO NOT REMOVE” tag and  a COLORED LINE .
    • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the gown still has the original “DO NOT REMOVE” tag and COLORED LINE  intact.
    • Removal of the tag or colored line indicates that the gown has been worn, and we cannot accept it for return or exchange.

  2. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps, including providing return shipping instructions.

  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Bridal gowns with customized alterations are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
