• Once the crafting process begins, we cannot accept cancellations, as each piece is uniquely crafted for you.

• If you discover any quality or manufacturing issues upon receiving your order, contact us within 7 days.
• We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.
• We will repair, replace, or refund based on the assessment.
