Throughout the alteration process, we schedule fittings to ensure a precise and comfortable fit. We involve you in these fittings, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback and make any necessary adjustments.

Alteration Timeframe: The duration of the alterations process may vary depending on the complexity of the alterations needed. We recommend contacting us well in advance to secure your spot in our schedule, especially during peak wedding and event seasons.  Preservation of Original Design: We take pride in our attention to detail and strive to preserve the original design of your gown or dress. Payment and Fees: Alteration fees vary based on the scope of work required. A detailed estimate will be provided during the initial consultation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72  hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.

 Preservation and Storage: Following your event, we recommend preserving your cherished attire in a suitable garment bag, away from direct sunlight or moisture. Proper storage will help maintain its quality for years to come.

Dress Pressing and Steaming: At Roya Javaheri, we take pride in our meticulous alteration services, ensuring a perfect fit for your wedding gown , bridesmaid dresses or formal dress. However, we want to clarify that our alteration services do not include full dress pressing or steaming.

While we will press or steam the specific parts of the gowns that we are working on during the alterations process, we are not responsible for the overall pressing or steaming of the entire dress. It is essential to have your gown professionally pressed or steamed prior to the event to achieve the desired polished and pristine appearance.

We recommend arranging for dress pressing or steaming services separately to ensure your attire looks its best on your special day.
